This is a timely question. I apologize
for the last minute email request.
I was wondering if you might help us. We have to send evidence that we completed our grant on time and successfully or at least even show we did it. Well, I have documentation of the conference which was paid for but I have no access to district folks. They have all left, retired or nowhere to be found.
Might we get a very short letter or paragraph on region letterhead that we completed the grant and were involved in it and actually were under budget or at budget?
