Dover Coloring Books

The DOE should spend money to put Dover Coloring Books into every classroom library. They are so educational and kid accessible and so relatively inexpensive. Many coloring books are now also available in CD Rom form. I've scanned whole coloring books on topics that are relevant to certain class project curriculums. You have to have a scanner with a document feeder to do this or you can go insane. To the right is an image from one of the many Dover books that document Native American History. This one, in particular would be useful for "The House I LIve In." Here's a dover site where you can get free coloring pages
