The Wieder's of 239 7th Street
7th Street in 1930 had its fair share of professional people. Not only were the Wieder sons lawyers, but the Koening boys from 237 were too. On the block were also a restaurant manager, a copywriter, a tinsmith for milk cans, a clothing store owner, a drugstore owner and a necktie finisher. I wonder how the full blown depression would effect all those folks.
