Just as the devastation of the Tsunami brought with it the home subtopic of homelessness, so does the effect of Katrina. It is so outrageous that the effects of this could not have been prevented or lessened. It is also outrageous the racist spin that much of the media has taken towards the behavior of those trapped in New Orleans.
