Dear Jim:
Obama passes this stimulus bill to help American’s with mortgages and refinancing with “tax dollars”. I am in the process of refinancing. I phone my current mortgage company and ask if I can refinance, all was going well, until I learn that the company would like to charge me $4800 to refinance. How I understand this, I have to pay $4800 to borrow my money through a bank that already holds my mortgage.
