Jeremy Bleich


The Yanks made Jeremy Bleich their supplemental pick in the draft yesterday. In the Yank blogosphere there's confusion as to why a pitcher who just underwent Tommy John surgery was chosen with the valuable slot and why the price was so high. I'll tell you why, because he could be a Yankee Sandy Koufax. The last landsmen the Yanks had of any semi-note was Ron Bloomberg. Jeremy's father is a cardiologist in Louisiana with Brooklyn roots. Need I say more.
